EURUSD DOES HISTORY REPEATS IT SELF?

Looking EURUSD weekly chart in the two boxes,

1. Box A [from Oct 2000 to Feb 2002]
2. Box B [from Dec 2016 to currently Dec 2021]

Some how there is resemblance, I am expecting the beginning Rally of wave 3 of the new cycle.
