Double Catched! HELP!

Hello guys...finally i have hollydays and can sleep while you have to go to work :PPP muahahah >:D

So...
We are now catched in:
1. An Triangle (green lines)
2. Short time support and Resistance

Targets:
1. If break out of the triangle upwards -> 1.2955x
2. If break out of the triangle downwards + the short time support: -> 1.29000

Possible Entries:
1. Short Stop under the short time support.
2. Short Stop under the bigger Support
3.. Long Stop above bigger Resistance.
