In weekly timeframe the price is under long term Resistance and none of the candles closed above.

Yet under this resistance zone there is a possible formation of double top, firs top is already made but the second top is kind like possible formation of weekly/daily shoulder head shoulder which is if second shoulder show reversal sign in 4H or 1H timeframe then reversal is eminent and then from there will huge fall of EURGBP
