CYPHER 1H

Hello,
I will take this cypher to buy. Ratios are good.
Entry point is right on a Daily structure and on a even number of 1.3800.
I will minimize my lot size, due to the fact that this Cypher is playing off a long wick.
it tells me the Bulls tried to push but failed. But the fact that they did push so hard, will
let me take this. That's why I will be lowering my lot size.
Enter at 1.3800
stop at 1.37180
