EPR got beaten up really bad

The EPR balance sheet is strong and dividends have not been cut by management yet which suggest they have strong confidence in the company. AMC theatres rents about half the properties and the rest are rented to companies like top golf and such. Their properties are geared towards people doing things and getting an experience out of it versus other REITs which are maybe retail or commerical focused. Management has announced it will buy back shares over time to ensure prices don't slide as much.

The RSI suggests oversold condition which may indicate a good buying opportunity. I would wait to see the peak of the virus and figure out from there when things are expected to return to normal then invest in this stock because people are dying to go back out and experience movies, play top golf, and enjoy activities.
