Where's the ceiling on this news?

I just read that eBay is spinning off Paypal. One of my friends quickly sold off part of his stock... I told him, wait and see for the rest.

What are your thoughts?

It looks like an insider knew about this on the 10th. A bit too early to claim BABA sell off.
