BUCK just taking a breath on its way up

Dollar index weekly: after it has broken above long-term highs, the Dollar Index has been consolidating during the last months. We can expect a move back higher, firstly at 102 level ( 0.618 % fibo retracement level ), just back under parity, actually where I think it should´ve been already.
