USDX: Rejection or Breakout??

USDX didn't show that much strength and came back lower from 97.85 level. DXY is testing the cloud support and we might see the double bottom. Breaking below the cloud support will invalidate the bullish scenario and then we might see more lower levels before a big bounce. Right now I am still bullish on DXY unless we break below the cloud support (97.15-97).
Recommendations: Long from current levels with stop loss at 96.90. Medium-term Target 98.50
