DXR has been in an almost 10 year long downtrend. The trend line, possibly, will be broken around the $7.50 price. Inside ownership stands at a very high 76% and there has been recent insider buying. The volume has also been quiet. This stock, if it breaks the trend line, could have a very good rise. I will look for no less than 200% when I enter the trade if the trend line is broken.
