US30 Primary move (short)
Overall, 30 is still bullish. But we have three things (inefficiencies) pulling price. TP might be a bit ambitious so take partials after closing every inefficiency. Price can also break the ATH before selling (false break), so be on the lookout.

Price filled the last inefficiency and even broke market structure. Now I don't think price will challenge the ATH. Please check my latest/current idea.
