DOWI: A Rule of 4 breakout of the Trend Resistance Line followed
by a retest. The 5th leg of the Leading Diagonal will take it to the top of wave 1. Wave 2 should take it down to retest the trend support. The DOW has actually had a lower low than the Feb 09 low. That plus its success in breaking out of the trendline persuaded me to consider that wave 4 is finished and Wave 5 is on lead by a wave 1 Leading Diagonal.
