Will the downtrend continue to retrace DIS 134.33

Price has not been able to break the 134.33 level over the last two days. Price may be moving into consolidation. I'm looking to short this stock in the short term if a break out support occures below this level or a long above 136.26 so long as 10 SMA moves above 20 SMA.
