DEAD but being manipulated...

This should be at $6 right now but market manipulation prolonging ...$3 by Jan2020

Not sure if Market Makers will allow this to happen as many other banking institutions may fail if this occurs.

Should drop but like anything else in markets, can and will be manipulated.
