CSCO goes up?!

I think today we can decide a consolidation which have place beginning from 16th of July if we will see price 26.04-08 the price will goes up, because 8EMA controlling the price, and we build a good base for raising up and after we will get a second good trading day! But also I have a second scanario if price will be near 25,87 it means consolidation still available. Let's see.
