Crude Oil Seems Bearish

Studying COT reports we come to conclusion that major market participants (producers) are bearish, net short 299012 contracts, which is the biggest net short position since 2006.
We can see in the chart that price passed 53.29 level this can allow price to move lower near the 47 levels.
