Oil (for immediate delivery) to $10 on supply glut

This trade is a prediction, instead of an actual trade I'm taking. I believe that if crude oil supply keeps dwarfing oil demand for much longer, we're going to run out of storage space, and oil for immediate delivery will sell for a fraction of its true value. How long the immediate delivery prices will last, I don't know, but I doubt I'll be able to capitalize on that kind of trade in a futures contract (as oil prices would likely be in heavy contango, and I can't store oil). Does anyone know where I can buy contracts for oil storage facility space? I see the costs soaring in the future..
