Testing the SHS (HCH in spanish) indicator in TV. Thoughts?

This chart analyzes the Head and Shoulders pattern in the 4 hours time frame.

Apparently it should done already this but for some strange reason is holding.

Do any of you know what is the percentage of this type of patterns that reaches the target?
