Keeps bouncing off 20EMA in 1h and 2h also.

Can we touch 7800 before correction or will we be heading down soon?

Market is very hard to judge because people are buying the rumor of CBOE and Blackrock (ETF). Guess we'll see major changes after the SEC announcement.
