Bubble timing PGO

I share another work on bubble timing. This time i use PGO indicator added by LazyBear.
This one says :
- Previous ATH 03/08
- Next ATH 09/09 to 8761$

The timing is pretty much the same than with TII indicator.
I will work with other indicator in the next few days to compare.
