For BULLISH divergence look at the LOWs
A higher low on price or the indi is BULLISH
For BEARISH divergence look at the HIGHs
A lower high on the price or indi is BEARISH
If in a bulltrend the indi makes a lower low that's more bullish
If in a beartrend the indi makes a higher high that's more bearish
