WEDGE BREAK OR BOTTOM RETEST

The Trend is looking like its dying off, and rise of MA's is significant on the daily. One can expect two options here: Break top or retest bottom. Which given volume conditions I see an unlikely break UNLESS we get a nice pivot with volume. Remember, solid PIVOTS must meet criteria. TO BREAK TOP, VOLUME MUST BE GREATER THAN PREVIOUS ATTEMPT.
