It's always a little bit behind

BTC is always ahead of ETH.
In 2018 it was ahead by 14 days ( 17th to the 11th of January)
This year in 2021 it has ahead by 41 days for ETH to reach its all time high.
( Seems to always be after dip and then rise again. )
