BNB - Bullish Divergence - Going To Run Again?

With a new IEO coming out, more interest in buying + holding the BNB token. Along with the Binance machine getting bigger.

This looks like a start of something (unconfirmed) but the 4-hour time-frame is a good place to start to see if there is a possible reversal in momentum.
