Bank Amer Corp (BAC) just can NOT make up it's mind!

BAC bouncing up and down 6% since December, but look at all the RED pressure in my Volume Pressure indicator below.

That means the price moves down on far less volume than when it moves up.

This is a new indicator and I haven't seen this behavior before, but from a pure technical perspective this would be a major BEAR, right?
