Descending triangle... not the sign I was looking for

Looks like we have a descending triangle forming at the end of this set of waves. This is generally a continuation pattern indicating distribution. I would expect a breakout to the downside with this type of signal, but there are still many who are finding bull signals. Tough one to call, but it's been disappointing me in the past few days. What do you think? Let me know with a comment.
