Correlation (looking back)
The RSI shows that there was a strong moment of being overbought before the drop happened.
Both the RSI and the Stochastic show a divergence, which actually was a signal of this steep drop.

Stochastics
Stochastics move somewhat like sinussus, it goes up and down when the units are overbought or oversold.
Confirmation 1: The %D line (orange) is clearly crossing and going underneath the %K (blue line), which is a buy signal in general.
Confirmation 2: Stochastics are still relatively low (25 or so) which gives us a buy signal as well.

RSI
Confirmation: The RSI shows a tiny blue line favoring a starting uptrend, a buy signal.
