WCT in Wave 4

Putting this stock under watch list.
Positive divergence appearing on Daily. Beautiful !
Wave 5 should see WCT water fall towards 0.50-0.60
I'm going in with 30% capital for CORE positioning on this stock once the positive divergence growing bigger during wave 5
