GM Improved RSI

A modified RSI that also allows smoothing. Designed to better get you into trends, both long and short compared to the standard RSI.

The 20, -20 and 0 lines work well for both entries and exits in either direction.

Visual style can be adjusted if you just want a line, histogram or area, I've added a few options.

Essentially all this is, is RSI -50 so that it centers around the ZERO Line. It also has smoothing built into it.

- Removed Password Protection. It was originally uploaded for a few friends but I am allowing access for all now.
- There are many customization options for visual style. Histo, Area, Colors, whatever you like.
