ที่อัปเดต: Market Acceptance Envelope [Interakktive]

The Market Acceptance Envelope (MAE) is a diagnostic tool that shows where price statistically belongs — not where it might go. Unlike traditional bands that expand with volatility, MAE expands with acceptance: regions where price rotates comfortably, efficiency drops, and the market agrees on fair value.
This is the anti-Bollinger thesis: bands should represent where price IS accepted, not where it MIGHT reach based on standard deviation.
█ USAGE

The filled corridor represents the current acceptance zone — where price has demonstrated rotational behavior with low directional efficiency. When price is inside the corridor, it's "home." When outside, it's exploring territory the market hasn't yet accepted.
For discretionary traders, MAE provides instant context: "Is price where it belongs, or is it extended?"
For systematic traders, the exported values (confidence, asymmetry, position) can inform position sizing and filter logic.
█ ACCEPTANCE CENTROID

Unlike traditional bands centered on a moving average, MAE uses an Acceptance Centroid — a time-weighted price level where acceptance behavior concentrates. The centroid is calculated by weighting price by:
• Inverse efficiency (low efficiency = high acceptance)
• Volatility stability (stable vol = higher weight)
• Dwell factor (time spent near level)
This means the centroid drifts toward where price actually rotates, not simply where it averages.
█ ASYMMETRIC BOUNDARIES

MAE calculates upper and lower boundaries independently. Markets rarely treat up and down equally — during uptrends, the upper boundary may be wider (more accepted upside exploration), while the lower boundary stays tight (quick rejection of dips).
This asymmetry is visible on the chart and exported as a metric (-1 to +1).
█ CONFIDENCE-BASED VISIBILITY
The corridor's opacity reflects acceptance confidence:
• High confidence → clearly visible corridor (price is in accepted rotation)
• Low confidence → faded corridor (trending/directional market, acceptance not established)
When the corridor fades, it's telling you: "Acceptance hasn't been earned here yet."
█ WHAT THIS INDICATOR IS
• A diagnostic acceptance envelope showing where price statistically belongs
• Asymmetric by design — upper and lower calculated independently
• Confidence-weighted visibility — fades when acceptance is not earned
• Non-repainting — uses closed-bar data only
█ WHAT THIS INDICATOR IS NOT
• NOT Bollinger Bands (no standard deviation around a mean)
• NOT Keltner Channels (no ATR-scaled envelope)
• NOT a signal generator — no touches = signals philosophy
• NO arrows, NO entries/exits, NO buy/sell recommendations
█ HOW IT WORKS
MAE uses an acceptance-weighted calculation approach:
1. ACCEPTANCE WEIGHT
Each bar receives a weight based on:
• Efficiency: (1 - efficiency) — low efficiency = rotational = high acceptance
• Volatility Stability: stable vol environment = higher weight
• Dwell Factor: price staying near central tendency = higher weight
2. ACCEPTANCE CENTROID
Weighted average of price using acceptance weights:
centroid = Σ(price × weight) / Σ(weight)
Smoothed adaptively — faster during drift, slower when stable.
3. ASYMMETRIC BOUNDARIES
Upper and lower distances calculated separately:
• rngUp = acceptance-weighted average of (price - centroid) when price > centroid
• rngDn = acceptance-weighted average of (centroid - price) when price < centroid
4. CONFIDENCE SCORE
Composite of average acceptance weight, volatility stability, and centroid stability.
Maps to corridor opacity: high confidence = visible, low confidence = faded.

Release Note
█ RELEASE NOTES — MAE v1.1Market Acceptance Envelope [Interakktive]
Visual Expansion Update
Purpose of this Update
This release improves the visual interpretability of the Market Acceptance Envelope (MAE) so users can more easily understand market acceptance, discomfort, and re-entry at a glance, without changing the underlying methodology.
No signals, strategies, or predictive logic have been added.
█ WHAT’S NEW
1. Acceptance Strength Visualization
MAE now includes an inner acceptance core that expands and contracts based on acceptance confidence.
• Thicker core → stronger statistical acceptance
• Thinner core → weaker acceptance
This allows users to visually gauge how comfortable the market is at current prices.
2. Stress Tinting (Contextual, Non-Signal)
When price presses the envelope boundaries during periods of low acceptance confidence, the corridor now displays a subtle stress tint:
• Amber = mild price discomfort
• Muted red = elevated discomfort
This highlights price stress, not trade direction.
3. Explain Mode (Optional)
An optional Explain Mode adds sparse, educational labels to help new users interpret market behaviour:
• Accepted — price rotating comfortably
• Stressed — price uncomfortable near acceptance boundaries
• Re-Entry — price returning into acceptance
Labels are throttled and appear only on meaningful state changes.
4. Improved Envelope Visibility
A refined internal width floor ensures the acceptance corridor remains clearly visible across different instruments and timeframes, without exaggeration.
█ HOW TO READ MAE IN 30 SECONDS
Market Acceptance Envelope (MAE) shows where price statistically belongs, not where it should go.
The Teal Corridor
The shaded teal corridor represents market acceptance — price levels where buyers and sellers are in agreement and price tends to rotate.
• Inside the corridor → price is accepted
• Outside the corridor → price is being tested or rejected
Inner Glow = Acceptance Strength
The brighter inner core inside the corridor reflects how strong acceptance is.
• Thicker / brighter core → stronger acceptance
• Thinner / faint core → weaker acceptance
Stress Tinting (Context Only)
When price presses the corridor boundaries during low acceptance confidence, the corridor may gently tint:
• Amber → mild price discomfort
• Muted red → elevated price discomfort
This indicates stress, not a signal.
Explain Mode (Optional)
When enabled, MAE may show brief labels:
• Accepted — price rotating comfortably
• Stressed — price uncomfortable near boundaries
• Re-Entry — price returning into acceptance
Labels are informational only.
What MAE Does Not Do
• No buy/sell signals
• No entry or exit logic
• No band-touch assumptions
• No predictions
MAE remains a diagnostic market-context indicator.
█ WHAT DID NOT CHANGE
• NO signals added
• NO repainting behaviour
• NO performance or profitability claims
█ WHY THIS UPDATE MATTERS
This update bridges the gap between analytical rigor and visual clarity, allowing users to understand market acceptance and discomfort more intuitively while preserving a diagnostic, non-signal design.
█ SUMMARY
MAE v1.1 enhances how market acceptance and price discomfort are visualised, while preserving its diagnostic, non-signal design.
