Combined SMA/EMA, VWAP, and HA Real Price Close

This script combines 3 SMAs, 3 EMAs, VWAP, and the real price close when using Heikin Ashi candles. I use these indicators when scalping on a 5 minute chart, mainly using 3 SMAs (4, 9, and 18).

Release Note

This script displays up to 3 SMAs, up to 3 EMAs, VWAP, and a Heikin-Ashi real price + real candle close dot. I use the 4, 9, and 18 SMAs to scalp off the 5 minute chart. A 50 EMA sometimes gives me directional bias.
