For those that want technical ratings but don't want waste valuable screen real estate. Candles are colored to the rating strength. It also plots the results for "total", "MA" and "other" in a table on right of screen. Table and candle coloring can be turned off in style settings. This script uses the built in Technical Ratings indicator. For more informations on Technical Ratings please refer to official documentation.
Not sure if it is bug, but it doesn't color the candles.

@RubicPattern, Hi, if you have another indicator on your chart with colored candles it will interfere. Try open a new chart with no other indicators.

Forgive my ignorance, but what do the values in the table on the right mean and how should they be interpreted?

@Max_Power_it, Hi, the indicator uses values from different tools and then calculates the percentage of them that are bullish or bearish. This is broken into two categories: Ma and other. MA = Moving Averages and shows the total percentage MA lines that price action is above or below. For example on the chart above it is "-80% MA" which tells us that price action is below 80% of the moving averages used. Other is for other tools such as RSI etc. This shows how many oscillators are bullish or bearish
