If assets such as NEO, ADA, XRP, TRON, miss their breakout, and because so many other coins have bottomed and moved up in recent weeks, .... AND if Bitcoin were to decline to those suspect 4k-5k areas, would these alts fall lower, would they retain much of their current bottom levels, would they act independently where fiat pairing occurs, would they be an incredible buy stepped all the way down and the first early out of the gates near any such BTC bottoming ?
