$VIX Closed below its Bollinger Bands

Volatility is underpriced, VIX just closed below its Bollinger Bands, this is an ominous sign, it could spike.
I set a buy stop limit on VXX , buying short term calls could be another option to trade this.
Let's see what happens.

From 10.90 to current 16.00 is a 46% spike.
Still short SPY
Most G20 country stocks are in a downtrend.
When BB contracts and price close below it, then a spike is highly probable.
