if btc drops a bit below 49k(usdt.d 6.7%), an increase from there (usdt.d fall) is very likely. But it must be taken into account that this is point b.

usdt.d rsi7 can be yellow/green in September but it is maximum(it has already taken an extremely long time). btc may be green in october.
