The pitchfork is drawn as normal. 1st wave high and then the low and 2nd high are the other 2 points. The gann fan is drawn 1st wave high to wave low. The fib res is drawn from low to 2nd high. The gann square is just manually set to the low area with the price extremes showing across the end of the gann square.
