Have a look at Wyckoff alternate scenario for accumulation. It contains a Spring Test. These do not always occur but are quite anxiety-provoking when it does proc. Be wary.

@DaddySawbucks, that is exactly everyone is waiting for, we need a trigger, i don't see debt ceiling it, only way that is happening is inflation rises for couple of months, with oil holding 70 dollars it might happen + sept traditionally being a bad month and tops seen in april/may, this AI rally continuation would be the bull trigger.
