Don't expect major tanks unless there's bad news, like Bernie for example. My guess is that Bernie tanks the market next year.
In any case, expect the market to bounce to lower lows and lower highs. It won't go straight down like Dec 2018, the Feds usually aren't that stupid. Powell is actually making volatility worse than usual because he's incompetent.
In any case, this is what a recession looks like, it's not a straight drop.
