Consolidate long term.

This is a weekly chart.
Looks line 690 is a very strong support level (indicated by dotted blue line) but do not forget the top dashed red line which is downward sloping. If the upward trend has to be continued, it has to break that line with good momentum. Until then it looks like to be in a consolidation.
