The second rising wave of a rising double wave structure is built by the exchange rate, which may be equal in percentage, with the percentage of the initial wave structure (due to linear scaling). Therefore the target price can be 140% higher than the current level. Target price level is 4usd around. This may indicate a sustained increase of several months.
