@PRPalewar, These levels you will come to know once you are aware of fractals. fractals are waves within waves within waves that are never-ending & complex. At a certain point, I realized that a new sequence starting from 16475 so I knew would be a key level but all that mystery can be revealed once you are deep into wave analysis.
