Still missing the melt up phase. That lasted for 6 months from Oct 1999 to Mar 2000 and went from 2500 to 4800 points. Let's watch out for possible end of trade war to trigger the melt up.
@zyberal, @fightingdragons There was a melt up back then... but inflation wasn't out of control... I'm willing to bet that melt up doesn't happen... real estate will start to fall next and soon both equities and real property markets will correct deeply... GL

I feel like we might not see a melt up this time around. The economy was booming at the end of last century... it's a lot different now. Just my opinion, but I don't see a blow off top happening.
