The ascending triangle has turned into a symmetric triangle, which highlights more uncertainty in the market. The symmetric triangle has smaller target amplitude because the breakout zone is lower than that of the ascending triangle.
However, the upward breakout still reflects the maintenance of the primary uptrend.
