how. it's descending making lower highs and lower lows while broadening. that's the decending broadening wedge. if it was a sideways channel or a pendant it would be bearish. this looks bullish reversal to me. I can't see a flag

@RJura it also has decreasing volume with each push down with larger waves down. it just created its third wave and rsi is oversold. it has all the signals of a decending broadening wedge reversal. just need the confirmation break out
