Hello traders,

This trade have more fundamental anlysis than technical.

China started to sell US Treasuries :
bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-08-27/china-said-to-sell-treasuries-as-dollars-needed-for-yuan-support

This will have bullish implications in US Dollar like I´ve posted before :


From the technical perspective, you can wait till downside breakout of Kumo , but I entered short position with SL @ 1.124 on a daily close

My target is 1.09 area, and lower

for sure? if they sell Treasuries the dollar will be in sell mode why more sell in euro then dollar?

Not necessarily the USD will be in sell mode. It has to do also with risk-off sentiment and monetary flows to USD as safe haven currency. From treasuries to cash > demand for USD
