Could this be an inverted head and shoulders . Pointing to 1500 on the 4 hour chart?

I do not see the first shoulder that indicate a reverse and a totoal inverted H@s . I see a long term resistance at those levels. If the ressistance is broken for at least 1000 pips, then the pattern is a 80% probabilities of success, not for now.
