EOS/ETH in Bear Pennant

EOS is in a Bull Pennant logging in Lower-highs and Higher-lows -- Equilibrium Pattern.
StochRSI looks have reset on the 1 Hour but needs more work on the 3 and 4 Hour.
OBV is staying strong (good sign).

I believe we should see a Bull Break from this Pennant, hopefully, tonight or tomorrow.
