DOT USDT under the supper resistance area

after some weeks, the price have reached under the supper resistance area.
price could cross of this resistance by some strong candle and after a pullback it could rise up to the target of scenario 2.
but it's too hard to pass .
I think it couldn't and most probably, this is reversal zone for the DOT (scenario 1).
