BTC Short - Swing between 19 and 20

As you can see on the chart , BTC is swinging between 19000 and 20000 till the market will open at Tuesday.
RSI - 1h , was just in the overbought range and the whole market is still bearish.
Also we have a divergence on RSI and some other indicators.
So you can open a short position at this moment with the target of 19000.
