BTC look like inverse cup & handle

From the support zone at 34000, Btc can bounce to retest at 38000$ that would be great target for open short position.
Due to bearish trend, we suppose to see the new low at 28000(TP from short position) soon

For my short target still be roughly at $38000 and stop loss would be $40200

and 1st tp at$ 32000
