There is a great bit of confluence here, aiming for a monthly close should take us here in the next day but I expect it to at least retreat from here if not a final high for this run.

There is some exchange deviance, on Bitfinex we have already touched 1:1 fib at 36.6, and also it is .618 fib from 41.5 top. So this also could be it.

@reza_1515, Thanks :) 24/25 is certain for the immediate crash and below 20 too if it's a confirmed bear market but that would play for a length until the end of the year.
